We, the congregation of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, must have the mindset and willingness to work together and be of one accord. It is essential that all ministers, deacons, presidents of ministries, and the entire congregation make every effort to work together to accomplish our common goal: magnifying, serving, and lifting the name of Jesus Christ.

The Pastor and Leadership of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church must set the example for the congregation and the public to follow. When we lead by example as a united leadership and congregation, the Lord will draw others to this assembly.
